Mrs Hala Husain has done M.A. Psychology from Delhi University and MPhil in Clinical Psychology from IHBAS, Shahdara.  She has ten years of extensive work experience as a clinical psychologist in the field of mental health. Her special interest lies in the neuropsychological and psychoanalytic understanding of adult psychopathology.

Mrs Hala has also conducted and published research papers on trauma and its impact on the human mind and social cognition in schizophrenia. She has participated and conducted numerous CMEs, workshops, seminars and lectures in colleges and corporates (Billion Heart Beating Foundation Apollo Hospital & Max Hospitals, I.O.C.L Employee Assistance Program done by Famhealth). Further she is associated with a couple of NGOs that are working for the underprivileged children.

She is currently researching social cognitive deficits in schizophrenia and is working as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in Delhi Mind Clinics and Serenity Clinic. Prior to this she was associated with Max Healthcare Hospitals as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist. She is also a Rehabilitation Council of India certified Clinical Psychologist
